After the much awaited Event, i believe that we if not all witnessed the Royal Wedding of Prince William & Kate Middleton. It is every girl's dream to marry a prince. What more to a real-life prince. Kate's happiness is very obvious and so is Prince William.

Is it me or did you all noticed that all of the guests (women) were wearing the same tailored dress with matching hat?

Beyond the Surface

Thanks to my friend Rache, we were able to get reserved seating for Style Origin: Beyond the Surface with Nigel Barker & J. Alexander. It was hosted by Sara Meier. The event was held in Trinoma Activity Center. The noted fashion photograper(Nigel B.) & Runway Diva Coach Extraordinaire(J.Alexander) were here to promote their books Beauty Equation & Follow the Model respectively. They also discussed on how to be confident, how to project and be yourself, etc. I must say i learned a lot-haha! J. Alexander was hilarious and Nigel was frank. When Nigel came out i was shocked! may hair na sya, haha! though i still think mas bagay sa kanya ang skinhead but nevertheless, he's still H-O-T! Ms. J on the other hand made a catwalk in the runway. He was superb! :)

They also called some people from the audience & show us on how to project properly in front of the camera & to hide body flaws err...like big arms & bulging tummy.  But in the end, they said that being confident makes us beautiful! :)

Do you guys know what SMIZE is? "Smile with your eyes", as coined by supermodel Tyra Banks on the 13th cycle of America's Next Top Model. I just remember Nigel teaching this girl(from the audience) how to smize in front of the camera. Sara(Meier), did not know what smize is and she told Ms. J. that she just learned something new that day. Winner ang face ni Ms. J! parang huwaaatttt???? 16th cycle na ng ANTM ah! haha! :D I felt bad for Sara though. oh well! :)

Outfit Diary: Scorching Hot!

Belated Happy Easter!! It seems that its getting hotter and hotter everyday. Thank God for air-conditioned mall. But, super daming people! Even Mcdonalds has no ice for their drinks anymore. According to news, today or yesterday(April 26) was the hottest day so far here in Manila. Whew!

WE L..O.V.E x ZAO Vietnamese Bistro

My family and I went to Eastwood to have dinner. I was craving for something new & oriental. I told my hubby to eat sa hindi pa natin nakakainan, haha! As usual, Eastwood was jampacked because 1. its weekend & 2. a lot of teenagers were celebrating(i'm basing on their get-up, hehe). When we went to Eastwood Mall, we stumbled upon Zao. I remember reading the review from Ms. Jenni Epperson's Blog. Good thing, may available table pa. yay!

When the Vietnamese Prawn Crackers was served, sobrang laki pala nya, together with the sukang sawsawan(vinegar dip), you will feel full na. We ordered Barbeque Chicken & Lemongrass Chicken(we're abstaining from pork-for now!). The food were delish & affordable too. Good for 1-2person(depending on how big your appetite is). We had dessert also,  no pictures though, oh well! hehe :)

When we went outside, we found this big LOVE EW statue ala Taipei & NYC. At first, we were wondering what EW stands for.. We thought WE LOVE, pero bakit baligtad ung EW? wrong spelling?? but we heard it from other people na un pala LOVE E(ast)W(ood), hahahaha :D had a laughtrip with my sister after that .

Yep! You heard it right! Dubai based Filipino designer Michael Cinco's eco-friendly couture gowns will be modeled by the remaining contestants in America's Next Top Model Cycle 16, Episode 8. It will air in the US on April 13(today). ANTM long time judge Nigel Barker is the photographer of the day. The shots were taken in a landfill.

All the gowns are absolutely stunning! the shots are beautiful! can't wait to watch it. Congrats to Michael Cinco! Pinoy Pride FTW! :D
