Time to Rejuvenate at Fifth Season Spa

Anyone wants a quick getaway to relieve stress from their everyday life? It's time to rejuvenate at Fifth Season Spa! Have your weekly me-time of pampering sesh like body scrub, body massage, foot and nail care, facial massage and more. The intimate cozy retreat is situated at the Astoria Plaza, at the heart of the business district in Ortigas Center.

The Fifth Season Spa caters to both male and female clients who desire a spa experience that is genuinely relaxing and rejuvenating.

The spa treatments by the Fifth Season Spa were designed to compliment and treat health and beauty issues. All treatments boast individual and couple rooms designed in rich colors of the seasons: winter, spring, summer, autumn and a fifth season. Each room is specially designed to compliment the mood.

The Winter Room us designed in blue hues impairing a calming and cooling effect.

The Autumn Room is done in shades of pale tines with touches of color marking the transition from summer to winter.

The Summer Room is the most colorful room as it stimulates and energizes.

The Spring Room is fresh in colors of yellow and green, aptly themed for rejuvenation and renewal.

The Fifth Season Room is an elegant room that infuses the four seasons, eliciting maximum relaxation.

After choosing a treatment, I was ushered to their hand ritual spa. All treatments start with a hand ritual. The Hand Ritual calms the mind and tickles  the senses thru aromatherapy.

I chose the eucalyptus bath salt for my hand ritual. Yun pa lang, relaxing na!

Cheers to a foot scrub and foot reflexology. Aaaahhh!!!

After the foot treatment, I was told that I will have their facial treatment naman.

The Face Therapy line is great for any skin type. It should continue as part of the skin care routine. All face therapy uses Swiss brand Pevonia Botanica product, a trusted brand used by elite spa professionals all over the world.

Using European facial technique, the skin tone and appearance is improved, creating a healthy glow. There are three facials to choose from: Appetizer Facial, Water Lily Facial and the Rejuvenating Facial.

Yummy chocolate coated fruits were served at the event. Perfect dessert for sweet tooth cravings! You may check Fruits in Bloom on facebook and you can order from them!

The Fifth Season Spa boasts of a concise yet complete menu of service.

There are four types of massage to choose from:
Relaxing Body Massage - a 60 minute massage that uses kneading pressure with the benefit of essential peppermint or lavender oil.
Japanese Zen Shiatsu - a 60 minute massage concentrating on sore, tensed muscles with the use of finger and palm pressure complimented by stretches.
Hilot Massage - a 90 minute Filipino massage using coconut oil is a traditional form of healing. It is a deep tissue massage that corrects imbalances in the body.
Hot Lava Stone Massage - the hot lava stone massage is a highly relaxing 90 minute massage that infuses kneading techniques with he use of warm lava stones deepening penetration of tension and stress release.

The last time I went to pamper myself at a spa was when I traveled in Thailand. Reading your post makes me want to go again and relax.
