Scribe Writing Essentials

Can you still remember those days,  when there are no cellphones,  tablets,  or any gadgets,  anything that you need to remember,  you must put it in writing?  Do you still write using a paper and pen?  Well,  I don't anymore.   When I want to remember something that is written,  I pull out my cellphone and take a photo of it.

I used to collect stationaries,  colored pens,  decorative pencils.  I used to trade-in with my friends especially if madami naman akong ganon and may gusto ako sa collection nila. And I realized and saddens me that in our day today,  I doubt may gumagawa pa ng ganon.

A week ago,  I had a chance to witness when Scribe opens new doors and keeps the tradition of reading and writing alive. It was held at the new flagship store at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall,  East Wing.

Scribe has been in the trading business since 2002. The company started with the importation and distribution of imported reading and writing products from the US,  Europe and Asia.  Due to the huge success of its products,  Scribe was inspired to grow its selection and it now has more than 15 brands in its portfolio.

I looove this 18K gold plated Cross pen!

It has been successful in the fine writing and calligraphy business as evidenced by being the exclusive distributor of some of the world's most premium and sought-aftet fine writing and calligraphy brand such as Pelikan,  Sailor,  Platinum,  TWSBI,  J. Herbin,  Brause and Speedball.

And most recently,  Cross and Lamy also joined the roster of fine writing pens available in Scribe.  The store also started developing its own in-house products under the Scribe brand to cater to the mid and lower-end markets but without compromising the quality of its items.

Scribe Writing Essentials now has 5 branches located in the following malls(aside from Shangri-La Plaza):  Eastwood Mall,  SM Aura Premier,  SM Megamall Fashion Hall,  Glorietta 5. Don't forget to visit these stores to keep the art of writing alive!

Thank you Ana for letting me borrow your phone and Paul for the invite.  :)
