SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT ON PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY

Whenever I feel something in my body I always google it. Yung parang masakit ulo ko with may kasamang hilo or sakit ng batok I go to google right away and check my symptoms. Lol! But then, I realized, there are symptoms that I cannot explain nor google can explain. And my hubby always say to me I cannot rely solely on research. I have to go to a doctor and have it checked. Kasi later on daw if it's not addressed properly it could get worse or will create a complications na mahirap ng agapan.

A few weeks ago, I attended a media conference about Peripheral Neuropathy. Wow, I did not know that anyone can have it lalo na if hindi properly checked because the symptoms are almost similar sa ibang sakit.

Peripeheral Neuropathy is a result of damage to your peripheral nerves, often causes weakness, numbness and pain, usually in your hands and feet. It can also affect other areas od your body. Your peripheral nervous system sends information from your brain and spinal cord (central nervous system) to the rest of your body.

Tingling and numbness are so common to ordinary people especially for people who do house chores. Like me na stay-at-home mom, hindi maiiwasan maoverwork ang hands ko because of washing the dishes, washing clothes, and so on. Sometimes I feel the numbness in my hands but I disregard it as normal due to work. And I know some people who work naman outside of the house can also feel this symptoms. Hindi pala sya normal and may tawag pala doon.

Millions of people who suffer from symptoms like tingling and numbness suffer in silence. Why? Because we thought normal lang sya and it will just go on its own.

Here are the common symptoms of Neurophathy. Their symptoms can be "typical symptoms" which appear more often and "atypical symptoms", which are less frequent and can be overlooked or misinterpreted.

Who is at risk of Peripheral Neuropathy? If you are one of these and have the symptoms, I suggest you go to your doctor and have it checked:
  • Diabetics
  • Smokers
  • Heavy Drinkers
  • Vegetarians
  • The Elderly

Good thing there's a treatment for Peripheral Neuropathy.

Neurobions Forte Treatment: Neurotropic B vitamins has been proven effectively for peripheral neuropathy sufferers in relieving symptoms, which has been included into the study, independently from the cause of their disease. The symptoms were even more reduced over longer duration of treatment (for a 3 months period tested) and the treatmenr was well tolerated.

More added information about Neurobion:

  • Neurobion, the nerve care expert from Merck Consumer Healtg was first launched in the Philippines in July 1972 and is now the *world's no.1 neurotropic B vitamins combination products.
