JOLLIBEE INTRODUCES FIRST SELF-ORDERING KIOSKS

Now, ordering langhap-sarap meals at Jollibee just got simpler and easier as the well-loved fast-food brand introduces a new touch-to-order system through self-service kiosks at the Jollibee Strata 2000 outlet along Emerald Avenue in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

The first-of-its-kind self-ordering kiosks have a touch screen display and a user-friendly interface to let customers experience a more convenient way to order and pay. Jollibee is the country’s first quick-service restaurant to use this innovative technology to enhance the customer’s ordering experience.

With the self-ordering kiosk, food lovers can skip the lines and get their favorite langhap-sarap meals in three easy steps! To begin ordering, they can simply touch the screen to see the menu and select dine-in or take-out orders.

Those with a hankering for extra-large fries or would prefer iced tea or pineapple juice with their meal, can customize their orders and choose from a variety of add-on choices.

Once orders are complete, customers can proceed to paying using several options. They can swipe your credit or debit card in the payment terminals available in the kiosk or pay with cash at the counter. Happyplüs members can also redeem their points and use it to pay by easily scanning their cards in the promo redemption scanner. Upon payment, they are given queue numbers for claiming of orders.

Jollibee expects to roll out more self-service kiosks in other stores nationwide to further enhance the fast-food experience as it brings the joy and convenience of ordering at the customers’ fingertips.
