FISHBALL SAUCE RECIPE APPROVED BY THE FAMBAM

Can't believe it's almost half a year already since we dine-in or enjoy food outside our home. Usually pag weekend kasi nasa UP ang fambam. We walk, run, and my favorite - streetfood binge. hehe! Haha! And dahil pandemic, we're forced to stay home. Kaya yung last grocery trip ko, I made sure to buy some streetfood dahil miss na namin.

After buying streetfood, ang goal ko naman is to re-create the sauce. Parang may secret ingredients noh? haha! If you know me, gusto ko palagi sa recipe e simple lang, madaling mahanap ang ingredients or available sya sa bahay natin.

And since may nahanap ako, after altering a little, thought I'll share it with you. Kasi baka naghahanap ka din.

So here's the recipe for fishball sauce na approved by the fambam.

Ingredients:
  • 250 grams of water
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper (crushed0
  • siling labuyo (optional)
  • red onion (optional)
Procedure:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except for black pepper, siling labuyo
  2. Put everything in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Transfer to a bowl to cool down. It's optional to put black pepper
  4. You can put siling labuyo according to your preference

Charaaaan!!! O d ba? Sabi ko sa inyo napakadaling gawin e. Ready to tusok-tusok na! Hehehe!

I just pray that this pandemic will end na so we can enjoy mga simpleng labas ng family. But in the meantime, let's experiment more in the kitchen.

Stay safe.
