As a mom, you'll never be perfect, but you can always give your very best to your children.
Motherhood is hard, challenging, it has its ups and downs, but the rewards are so very worth it. It melts my heart every time my daughters, Sofi and Isha say things to me like, "You're the best mommy ever". "We're beautiful because our mommy is beautiful", or "We love you mommy because you take care of us". And they're so excited for Mother's Day because it's my special day just like my birthday. Haha!
Being a mom for almost 18 years, I can say that I'm still learning the ropes. Lots of doubts, stress, pressures, worries and anxieties. But I believe when your destiny is to be a mother, everything will fall into place. My role as a mom to Sofi and Isha has been one of the enjoyable ride of my life. I got to know myself better. I didn't know that I can have that patient that looooonggggg. Haha! But seriously, I'm feeling blessed because I am given an opportunity to grow as a woman, and as a mother as well.
That's why I want to honor my friends and family. It's not easy, but when you're surrounded with a support system that fills your life with kindness, a hand to hold, an ear to listen, and let us feel that we are cared for and supported, I feel blessed to have a tribe that gives me unconditional love and support with my motherhood journey.
And in honor of Mother's Day, I just want to give my shoutout to my
Madiskarte Moms Ph tribe. We may have known each other for years, but it's only with Madiskarte Moms Ph that I am given a chance to get to know them better, that we share our love for our family, that we will do everything to provide for our family.
