Street Style Steps Up at the SM Kids’ Fashion Toon Fest

 Manila, Philippines – Stylish apparel has just hit high gear for upbeat youngsters all over the country. This year’s SM Kids’ Fashion Toon Fest promises even bigger surprises for the young and young-at-heart with a host of fun-filled activities for all. SM Kids’ Fashion, once again, brings in its latest range of apparel backed by some of the most well-loved cartoon characters.

The SM Kids’ Fashion Toon Fest is an entertaining trade event where kids of all ages can meet and mingle with their favorite personalities and explore current trends in apparel. Favorites Garfield, Snoopy, Robby Rabbit, and Barbie, among others, debut with engaging images on clothes perfect for kids to learn and play in. 

“Kids have a fashion sense all their own,” says Ms. Jo Dy Juanco, Vice President of Children’s Fashion Management Corp. “SM Kids’ Fashion gives them a unique opportunity to exercise their creativity through what they wear each day.”

Aside from an exciting selection of toon-themed clothing, booths at the affair exhibit charming attractions. Young visitors can take a stroll around a thrilling Toon City populated by famous faces with various exhibits, games, and merchandise for both boys and girls.

In celebration of the funky street style theme, SM Kids’ Fashion is also hosting a Dream Photo Shoot Contest. Kids can come up with their most creative take on cosmopolitan wear for a moment in the spotlight, a personal photo session with a renowned photographer, and the chance to become the next face of SM Kids’ Fashion.

And of course, your baby can join the fun too!  This year the babies are getting ready to rock it with the big kids! SM Kids’ Fashion adds yet another delightful element to the mix of fun activities and cool clothing at the much-awaited annual Toon Fest. SM Babies enters the action-packed event with a varied collection of cute, comfortable apparel for toddlers and newborns, introducing an assortment of options to the youngest members of the fashion world.

SM Babies brings in five popular toon brands to round out a charming selection for tiny tots. Onesies, rompers, bibs, caps, mittens, booties, and printed separates such as skirts, mini polo shirts, and pants give parents many ways to introduce their little one to the world of fashion.

True to form, SM Babies Toon Fest labels feature delightful details and personalities to choose from. Disney Babies puts a spin on preppy with neat collared shirts and printed one-piece wear. This year’s SM Kids’ Fashion Toon Fest will take place from August 30-September 1 at the SM Megatrade Hall 2.
