It's time of the year again as Globe Telecom brings back the F1 rush in the Philippines with Slipstream 2.0! It is an event celebrating the journey of Marlon Stockinger as the first and only Filipino to make his way into the competitive world of Formula One racing.
Slipstream 2.0 is happening today at the BGC in Taguig City. From 12nn to 5pm, we can enjoy seeing the driving exhibitions, motorcycle stunts, and car parade and exhibit. Marlon's famous Lotus-Gravity Renault 3.5 car will also be on display for public viewing and photo opportunities. Marlon will also be at the event to show his amazing driving skills, as well as to meet and greet the lucky winners of the Slipstream contest.
To give way to the exhibitions of the event, some roads will be closed from 12nn to 5pm. Roads included are the following: Rizal Drive, 3rd Avenue, 4th Avenue corner 28th Street, 4th Avenue corner 30th Street, 5th Avenue, 27th Avenue corner 3rd Avenue and 31st Street corner 3rd Avenue.
