I never had a chance to attend a prom kasi walang ganon yung school namin before. Kaya kinilig ako when I attend Senior's Prom courtesy of SM Cares. Food, awesome music with live bands and people dressed to the nines, it was a fantastic way for our Senior citizens to enjoy their time.
Held at SM Skydome, the props reminded me of the 50's diner, hundreds of Senior Citizen had a chance to relieve beautiful memories and had an awesome time dancing the night away with nostalgic music of the the Rockin' 60's band.
I'm glad SM Supermalls took the initiative to celebrate Elderly Filipino Week 2019 to increase public awareness on the different issues concerning the sector.

SM in partnership with OSCA (Office of the Senior Citizens Affair) also offers a Community Service Programs for Senior Citizens which invite the elderly to become project participants and do weekend jobs in the mall.
Kudos to SM Cares and SM Supermalls in going beyond their services to cater to our Senior Citizens.
