The famous wedding gown was made by Sara Burton for Alexander Mcqueen. The gown is in ivory and white satin with a sweetheart neckline and long sleeved V-neck lace overlay. While her evening gown strapless white satin gazar dress. She wore her hair in half up & half down(wedding) and sexy curly after the wedding. I was surprised and impressed when i learned that she did her own makeup! Can't imagine how she did it.  You did a great job, Kate! Cheers to you! :)

My Top Picks-Cutting Room Floor

Quick post: As promised, here are the list who did not made the cut for me fashion-wise in Oscars 2011:

Amy Adams. I liked the color on her and the design. Maybe she shouldn't have worn  that Cartier necklace. too much bling.

Annette Benning. too bad it is shapeless.

Nicole Kidman in Christian Dior. According to some it resembled a table napkin.

Reese Witherspoon in Giorgio Armani Prive. as much as I adore Reese, she looked old here. i liked the color, the design, the cut and all. maybe it's the hair. (ok. ok. She's only my runner-up)

Scarlett Johansson in Dolce & Gabbana. too much cover for a bodacious body. i don't like the messy hair do too.

Well, thats it pansit for now. Looking forward to Oscars 2012. Congratulations to all the winners! esp. to all the Filipino winners. once again, you made us proud!

My Top Picks-Best Dressed

It's Oscar's time once again. i found it a little less exciting-uh uh! As much as i adore James Franco & Anne Hathaway, hinahanap hanap ko pa din ang comic timing ni Billy Crystal as host. The tandem of Steve Martin & Billy Crystal was one of the best when they hosted Oscars a few years back. But kudos to the two (JF & AH) for accepting this challenge. hosting this big event is no joke. The winners are also predictable. from Natalie Portman, Colin Firth, The King's Speech, Toy Story 3. Happy na lang din ako when Inception won in Best Visual Effects, YAY for that! :)

Even the Red Carpet as a lot would say is a little bit boring. Anyhoo, here are my top picks among the rest:
